CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charge 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: For initial appointment we recommend you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the mandatory intake forms. Follow-up appointments we recommend to arrive at least 5 minute before. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments at the full price.
YOUR APPOINTMENT: To get the most out of your treatment, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during your massage, music volume or other issues.
The massage therapist will be completing a brief health evaluation prior to your therapy session to be able to provide you with the best experience possible and to assure your safety and comfort.
We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may affect your massage experience. You must be past your 13th week of pregnancy to receive a massage.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Your massage session and health information is completely confidential. We will not release this information unless we are legally subpoenaed.
SPA ETIQUETTE: The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other clients, cell phones must be on silent mode or turned off. The spa is a non-smoking zone and voices should be kept subdued at all times.
PAYMENT POLICY: Deluca Massage & Bodywork requires a credit card to secure your appointment. Full payment is due at the end of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards and Deluca Massage & Bodywork gift cards as method of payment.
PACKAGES & GIFT CARDS: Discounted packages are available. Redeemable for services sold at Deluca Massage & Bodywork. Not redeemable for cash. Deluca Massage & Bodywork is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the package/gift card. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the card, you are responsible to pay the difference. Additional value may be added to the gift card at any time. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages expire one (1) year from date of purchase.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personally identifiable information is used for our internal business purposes only. Deluca Massage & Bodywork does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to independent third parties except as described on the next paragraph. We use personally identifiable information to identify account holders, open and maintain accounts, process, service and enforce transactions, send related communications to customers and to provide customer services and support. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. We may also use personally identifiable information to provide you with optional product or service updates, promotional notices and offers and other information about Deluca Massage & Bodywork and its services.
OFFICE CHAIR EVENTS: Minimum two hours. Chair massages of 15 minutes or less per person. Maximum three (3) therapists per two-hour session(s). A 50% advance deposit is required to schedule appointment. Client must cancel prior to 24 hours of appointment time to avoid additional cancellation fees. If therapists travel to agreed site and they are not able to perform their massage therapy sessions due to last minute changes by client, client is responsible to pay a minimum of two hours at 100%. Services available within 5 miles radius of Deluca Massage & Bodywork facilities.
SPECIAL EVENTS OF THREE (3) CLIENTS OR MORE: A credit card is required to secure the appointment. A 50% advance deposit is required at time of scheduling the appointment. You may cancel your appointments without charge up to 24 hours of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointments, the 50% advance deposit will not be refundable. If you do not cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointments, your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
